Resolved Question: My husband and I live and work in different states how do we file our taxes ?

I live in Seattle Wa with my two children and my husband lives part time in Texas and works full time in Texas . He works two weeks on and then one week off . So for two weeks he stays on the job ( which may be at a well in ND ,PA or in TX) then he flys here to Seattle with us . He has a Texas drivers license and address and I have a Wa license and address . We are NOT separated so how do we file our taxes? We do it this way because he makes great money and can not make that kind of money out side of TX . I live in Seattle because the schools are the best in the country and I hated living in TX....
